From scope to shipped, on a real timeline.
Four phases, each with concrete deliverables you can point at. This is the same process behind every project on the Results page - nothing bespoke about honesty.
Week 1
Discovery
Scope the actual problem before any code gets written.
We map the data and systems involved, talk to the people doing the work, and agree on the requirements and success criteria. You receive a written scope and a recommendation on whether to proceed.
What you receive
- A written scope with explicit success criteria
- System & data map of everything the build touches
- A fixed quote for the agreed scope
- A recommendation on whether to proceed
Week 2–4
Build & Test
Build and test with your data and constraints.
We start with a working version in a staging environment, then add functionality in weekly increments you can review. Blockchain projects include invariant tests and fuzzing; AI projects include evaluations using your data and representative questions.
What you receive
- A staging URL you can open from day one
- Weekly demo of working software
- Test suites - invariants and fuzzing on-chain, evals for AI
- Full repository access from the first commit
Week 4–5
Deploy
Shipped with monitoring and fallbacks from day one.
We prepare health checks, alerts, and a rollback plan before launch. The handover includes operating instructions and an explanation of the architecture, so your team knows how to maintain the system and respond to problems.
What you receive
- Production deploy with monitoring & alerting wired in
- Runbook and architecture docs in plain language
- Handover session - recorded, so it outlives the call
- A rollback plan tested before it's ever needed
Ongoing
Iterate & Scale
Review usage and plan the next improvements together.
Once the system is in use, we review feedback, performance, and costs to decide what needs attention. Weekly check-ins keep you in direct contact with the engineer who built it.
What you receive
- Weekly check-in with the actual builder
- Prioritized backlog driven by real usage data
- Performance & cost reviews as load grows
- Continued contact with your engineer
Agree on costs before work starts.
You receive a quote for the agreed scope. If requirements change, we discuss the cost and update the quote before proceeding.
One engineer, end to end.
The person who scopes your system builds it, tests it, and answers when something looks wrong.
You own everything.
The repository, infrastructure, and documentation are in your name. You have the access and information needed to maintain the system independently.
Week one starts with a thirty-minute call.
